Abstract Submission - closed
For late submissions - Contact us first before submitting.
For general presentations, authors need to submit abstracts by 15 May. Acceptance decisions will be made by 15 June. Abstracts should be limited to 350 words, with no figures. Guidance on abstract preparation can be found here. Authors with presentations that cannot be fit into available oral session space may be asked to prepare a poster presentation for the conference. After the abstract is accepted for oral presentation, the slide presentation to be given at the meeting must be submitted by 15 August so that attendees can review them before the meeting. Presentation abstracts can be submitted from within the account system at: https://account.iere.org
Special sessions are also being solicited. These sessions are developed by a coordinator who assembles a small group of participants for the session. A pre-proposal should be submitted describing the session and listing potential participants no later than 15 May. Pre-proposal acceptances will be made within one week of submission. The special session extended descriptions, with a list of confirmed participants are due 1 June. Individual participants will need to submit short abstracts by 1 July to be included as part of the session description. The abstract submission system for special sessions is separate from that for general abstract submission. The coordinator must have an account in order to access the special session abstract system at: https://store.iere.org/LCA9/abstracts/login.php
Individual presenters will need to submit short abstracts by 1 July to be included as part of the session description and the slide presentation to be given at the meeting must be submitted by 15 August.
