Abstract Submission Student poster contest abstracts For general presentations, authors need to submit abstracts by 4 June (extended from 1 June) (see schedule below). Related abstracts will be grouped together to form sessions. Acceptance decisions will be made by 1 July. Abstracts should be limited to 350 words, with no figures. Guidance on abstract preparation can be found here. Authors with presentations that cannot be fit into available oral session space may be asked to prepare a poster presentation for the conference. After the abstract is accepted for oral presentation, the slide presentation to be given at the meeting must be submitted by 15 September so that attendees can review them before the meeting. Presentation abstracts can be submitted from within the account system at: http://iere.org/account Special sessions are also being solicited. These sessions are developed by a coordinator who assembles a small group of participants for the session. Guidance on special sessions can be found here. A pre-proposal should be submitted describing the session no later than 7 May (extended from 1 May). Pre-proposal acceptances will be made by 15 May. The special session extended descriptions, with a list of confirmed participants are due 4 June (extended from 1 June). Special session participant abstracts for oral presentations due 15 June.
