Which membership is right for my organization, Organizational or Sustaining?

Choose Organizational membership if you want your organization's representative to be eligible for the ACLCA Board and your staff to be eligible to chair committees. Choose Sustaining membership if you want to support ACLCA's work and gain visibility without a governance role. Sustaining membership runs from Bronze to Platinum. Both start with a short application on aclca.org.

How do I pay member pricing on the exam or textbook?

Choose the listing marked ACLCA Member. Member pricing is for ACLCA members in good standing, and we confirm membership after purchase. Current ALCAS and LCANZ members pay a partner rate on the LCACP exam.

I'm an individual or a student. Where do I join?

Individual and student memberships are on aclca.org.

What do I buy to apply for the LCACP, and in what order?

First, submit your application through the LCACP page on aclca.org and pay the LCACP Application Fee here. Once your application is approved, pay the LCACP exam fee at your rate: non-member, ACLCA member, or ALCAS or LCANZ member.

How do I recertify?

LCACP and CLE credentials are renewed every three years. Complete your continuing education, submit your record through the recertification section of aclca.org, then pay the matching recertification fee here.

Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?

Organizations can ask for an invoice for membership dues. Email info@aclca.org and we'll send payment options.

How do I download an open access report?

Add the report to your bag and check out. There's no charge. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

How is shipping handled?

Shipping for printed books is calculated at checkout based on your address.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are non-refundable, including membership, certification fees and publications. If there's a problem with your order, email info@aclca.org with your order number.
